Upon review, we will either replace your ANNIE Luxury skincare product(s) with new product(s) or issues a refund ONLY if the seal on said product(s) has not been broken. The Product(s) will need to be returned to us at ANNIE Luxury skincare and the postage of the returned product(s) will be the responsibility of the customer.
